Only Jazz apples here grown in Kent, named after the variety from which it is made. Just pressed and allowed to ferment and mature. It's straw coloured, a little hazy and with a medium level of carbonation. It is light and lean. We were possibly the first producer to make Cider from this apple. Jazz is bottle conditioned. The bag in the box is still. ABV: 5.5%
