Our Ciders are made in the time-honoured traditional way. We simply wash and select the apples which are then chopped, mashed and the extracted juice goes into big tanks where it naturally starts to ferment. The Cider may be slightly hazyas a result but it's all perfectly natural. We add a touch of preservative and small amounts of sweetener. This is Proper Cider.
